General Guidelines for Reviewers

1. Confidentiality:
   The confidentiality of manuscript information must be maintained in all aspects. The review process should remain anonymous, ensuring a double-blind peer review.

2. Timely Review:
   Reviewers are expected to evaluate manuscripts promptly and assist the editorial team in making decisions regarding acceptance or rejection.

3. Providing Feedback:
   Reviewers’ suggestions and comments regarding the manuscript should be submitted through the review form and included in the "Comments to the Author and Editor" section.

4. Conflict of Interest:
   Reviewers must avoid evaluating manuscripts where they have a conflict of interest. Any potential conflicts should be reported to the editorial office immediately.

5. Objective Evaluation:
   Reviewers should assess the quality and content of manuscripts based on their expertise and provide impartial and objective judgments.
